FORMAT


  1. Name of the organisation : Name of the school/college/society/institution

  2. Notice: The word "NOTICE" must be written at the centre of the page.

  3. Date: The date of issuing the notice is written below the word “Notice”(Left-hand side)

  4. Heading: Appropriate heading in capital letters

  5. Content: The main body of the notice should include the following:

    1. Purpose: The reason for writing the notice.

    2. Details: Necessary information such as date, time, venue, and any specific instructions must be included.

    3. Additional Information: Any other relevant details or instructions.

  6. Closing: Sign off with your name (Position, if applicable) 


Note: The positioning of the name of the organisation and The word “Notice” can be altered.
